Shipping Policy

 

U.S. Shipping

Rebellion customers in the U.S. qualify for free shipping with an order value of $50 or more. Other orders qualify for a discounted economy rate of $5 per order.

Orders ship between Monday and Friday excluding federal holidays. 

 

International Shipping

If we could, we would ship to Mars! But for now, Rebellion does ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom.

International shipping costs depend on the order destination and will be determined at check out. Rebellion is not responsible for duties or taxes imposed on international shipments placed by a region's border control agency. Rebellion is also not responsible for lost packages or shipment delays incurred by a region's border control agency.

International orders are eligible for returns only. See Return Policy

 

General Information

Rebellion is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier service if you experience any problems with your shipment.

If your shipment status says "delivered" but you have not received it, please allow up to 5 business days for your shipment to be delivered by the carrier service.

If you feel you have placed an order with an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately with the order number and first, last name of the recipient attached to the order. Shipments that require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for re-shipment and/or re-labelling for the carrier.
